In the Dutch city of Haarlem, two men are hard at work to create some of the most exquisite ethical taxidermy in the world. Jaap Sinke and Ferry van Tongeren founded 'Darwin, Sinke and van Tongeren' in 2012, and refer to Charles Darwin as their 'sleeping' partner. Sinke and van Tongeren make a point out of only working with animals that have died of natural causes.
